This program logs into your SFDC account and creates IP whitelist entries. Each entryis a range from x.0.0.0 to x.255.255.255, where x is between Start and End param eters below.
To whitelist all IPs in your org, accept the default values for Start and End be low (0 and 255).Give it some time (a minute or two) to run, since it is making up to 256 request s to SFDC.
If you have trouble logging in, make sure that the host running this program (75.101.133.136) is whitelisted.
